Yes, the two drugs, in particular Nexium. This is probably esophageal spasms. They are painful, but as I said, the drug is very helpful.
If you are worried then go to the emergency room. None of us are Drs, and we can not diagnose what was wrong. Chest pain is nothing to take lightly, however.
