Hud Closing Statement HUD Settlement Statement?

HUD settlement statement? - hud closing statement

Hello - I checked my HUD Final Declaration and the role and realized that everything, but my handwriting is dated after the closing. The lawyer had the dates written on documents. Can I use this information to break my mortgage?

Have you signed? By signing, you declare that you are in the document.

Do not you read? To bad. He was forced, without reading, sign the form.

NO, no way to invalidate the mortgage, especially since he signed the documents last 2-3 years.

**** EDIT: I read your messages from others about the problems with the developer. However, on the basis of these positions, the effect was not really a problem. Why do you want out of the condo owned for over 2 years?

Let me guess, like the value and want to move, but in the opposite direction.

No. This is celebrated as a mistake "that a small error (error) mean and not the validity of the documents. If you signed the document, the court found that the signature is intended to confirm the documents will be far higher error clerk at any time.

Sorry, it would be nice if it's true, but it is not.
