True. Commercial fruit juices are rich in sugar and usually 10% or less fruit juice. My advice is to read the label. Syrup, sugar, fructose is highly concentrated mainly super sweet. It is difficult to process for your body and I think it makes people gain weight. Organic juice should not be here and have a 100% juice. Much healthier! My motto is: If you can not pronounce on the list of ingredients - food and drink.
Commercial fruit juices are just sugar water with fruit flavor, and other bad things that ensure a longer life - and certainly not good for you.
Go to a health food store that offers a variety of organic juices, cold pressed.
Even better would be to buy a juicer and get 100% of the benefits of fruits and vegetables.
