How to propel a toy-boat without using motors, batteries, chemical power and propel only by mechanical power? - how to propel a toy boat

Like a small boat without the use of motors, batteries, chemicals and energy to start with mechanically driven only by boost?
Then a magnet (not an electromagnet) is used to propel a toy boat through the rotation of the magnet, no motor or electricity?

Drill a hole in a candle, a strip of rubber-son through the hole, secure the rubber band at one end with a nail in the loop and ensuring safe in a groove on the edge, and the other end loop-helix then bend the elastic stress that is expected to propel your boat.

How about a sailboat?

I would build the ship with a rechargeable battery, which is a tube there. The battery is a turbine that is mechanically attached to a wheel connected. Pour water into the battery makes the Tubin and therefore the wheels. Discharge water flows over the side.

There is the potential energy of the water if it is rotational energy that pushes the toy boat.
